Mission

Our mission is to promote excellence in human performance improvement by providing professional development and 
networking opportunities for individuals and organizations.

Vision

The Tallahassee Chapter of ASTD is located in Florida’s Capital City in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. The city is steeped in history and is filled with people who have a zest for life and learning.

Our vision is to be the premier organization for the facilitation of performance excellence within the training and development community.
