University of Kentucky Instructional Designer The Arts Administration Program at the University of Kentucky is accepting applications for an Instructional Designer to assist in developing online courses for anestablished undergraduate program, and a new graduate program that will begin accepting students in the fall of 2013. This is a regular, full-time staff position with the potential for an adjunct faculty appointment, teaching courses in technology and design. Review of applications will begin March 18, 2011 with a start date of September 4, 2012. Job responsibilities include collaborating with arts administration subject matter experts in designing and developing online courses, creating and delivering media rich course materials, providing faculty with guidance and training, and delivering on-going technology support for faculty and students. A Masters degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, education technology or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in a postsecondary environment and at least one arts discipline is helpful.
